Design partner cohort · limited

Pilot on a real engagement.
Pricing shaped to the work.

Hyphos isn't ready for self-serve, and we won't pretend it is. Right now, we deploy alongside a small number of design partners — teams running complex work where the cost of forgetting is high — and shape the engagement together.

If your organization's IP is the craft of its seniors and you'd benefit from apprenticing your team in that craft through the work itself, write to us. We reply personally.

Three shapes a pilot can take

We size each pilot to the engagement, not to a price card. These are the shapes we've seen so far.

Current stage

Team pilot

One team, one engagement

For a team that wants to apprentice juniors on real work. Hyphos sits inside one engagement, produces its deliverables, and captures the craft of how your organization does it.

Typically includes

  • · One engagement, one cohort of users
  • · Proposal / plan / report deliverable production
  • · Brand and house-style capture
  • · Channel-native capture from email & meetings
Next

Operational pilot

Multiple teams, live operations

For an organization running several concurrent engagements where document control, deliverable production, and cross-engagement memory all matter. Hyphos sits above existing systems of record and ties the work together.

Typically includes

  • · Engagement scope/schedule/cost/quality/resources spine
  • · Invisible document control end-to-end
  • · Integration with existing CRM, ERP, scheduling systems
  • · Per-engagement SLA and dedicated team

Enterprise

Organization-wide deployment

For organizations ready to deploy Hyphos across the portfolio. Full data sovereignty, private cloud, custom integrations, and a dedicated success team.

Typically includes

  • · Private cloud, BYOK, contractual no-secondary-use
  • · Custom ERP and system-of-record integrations
  • · SSO / SAML, RBAC + ABAC, full audit trail
  • · Hyphos Value Report at pilot completion

Pricing for every shape is a flat pilot fee plus AI-usage passthrough. We define success criteria up front and report back at the end. No surprise overages, no per-seat lock-in.

Already running Foundation?

If Foundation is already deployed in your organization, Hyphos plugs into the same shared database — one ground truth across operations and knowledge. Mention it when you write in and we'll scope the pilot accordingly.

How a pilot runs

A typical engagement, from first conversation to value report.

1

Shape

A working conversation about the engagement, the team, the deliverables, and what would change if it worked. We decide together whether Hyphos is the right fit before either of us commits.

2

Deploy

Hyphos goes live alongside the engagement, captures what is already happening in your channels, and integrates with your systems of record. No retraining of the team, no portal to learn.

3

Apprentice

The system produces the deliverables your engagement was going to need anyway — proposals, plans, reports, briefings, decisions — with the reasoning behind each one made visible to the team.

4

Report

At the end of the window, we deliver a Hyphos Value Report against the success criteria we agreed up front. Then we decide together what comes next.

Common questions

Why no self-serve pricing tiers?
Hyphos sits inside the work of real engagements. Pricing a tier the way SaaS usually does — seats and a monthly fee — would commit us to a shallow integration before the engagement is even shaped. We're running this stage as a small cohort of design partners so the pricing forms around what actually happens on a pilot, not before it.
Who is this stage for?
Organizations whose IP is the craft of their seniors — and whose juniors would benefit from apprenticing to that craft through the work itself. Law firms, engineering and architecture firms, consulting practices, healthcare and clinical operations, financial advisory, capital-project teams, anywhere complex knowledge work compounds in value when captured. If the cost of forgetting in your business is measured in real money or real consequences, you're the fit.
What does a pilot look like?
One real engagement, one cohort of users from your team, a defined window, success criteria agreed up front. We deploy alongside the engagement, capture what's already happening, produce the deliverables that engagement was going to need anyway, and report back on what changed. Pricing is shaped to the engagement — typically a flat pilot fee plus AI-usage passthrough, not seats.
What does Hyphos do with our data?
Customer-specific knowledge — your deliverables, your meetings, your decisions, your edits — stays in your organization's partition. Knowledge graphs are partitioned per organization with role and attribute-based access control. The platform itself improves over time by learning structural craft patterns, and we're transparent about exactly what's learned and how: anonymized only, stripped of names, companies, projects, and locations before any cross-customer use. Enterprise deployments can opt out entirely with contractual no-secondary-use. Every claim Hyphos surfaces is traceable back to its source — no black boxes, full provenance. The platform records what people did, decided, and committed to. It does not score how they are.
What about our existing systems of record?
Hyphos sits above the systems of record you already run — CRM, ERP, scheduling, document repositories, finance systems — not in place of them. It's the intelligence and apprenticeship layer that ties scope, schedule, cost, quality, and resources to what is actually happening on the engagement. Your existing systems stay as the systems of record they were built to be. Hyphos reads from them and connects them.
How does Hyphos relate to Foundation?
Foundation is the integrated business operating system from Hyphos Consulting — one shared database for customer, calendar, financials, documents, and audit, shaped per industry. Hyphos is the knowledge and apprenticeship layer above operational systems like that. Deploy them independently, or together as one stack — if Foundation is already in place, Hyphos plugs into the same shared database, one ground truth across operations and knowledge.
Does Hyphos replace our portal-style document-control system?
Yes — for the document-control layer specifically. Capture, classify, draft, route, approve, distribute, audit. Hyphos runs that process invisibly in the channels your team already uses, rather than as a portal you have to visit. That replacement is one of the clearest value points of the platform.
When does general availability open?
When the pilot cohort has matured to the point where we can offer the platform to a wider audience without compromising the depth of integration that makes it work. We'd rather take longer and get the apprenticeship loop right than open self-serve early and ship a thinner product.
